Dr Eugene Seow is a Singapore-based educator, composer, and researcher whose work sits at the intersection of jazz-informed pedagogy, ensemble fluency, and creative health.

​

He teaches across multiple institutions, including LASALLE College of the Arts, NUS, SRMC, and NTU. Dr Seow holds a Doctor of Music Education (DME), a Doctor of Music (DMUS) in Contemporary Performance, a postdoctoral research role, and a professorial appointment in contemporary music.

His speaking and facilitation work spans the academic, professional, and arts sectors, offering insight-driven workshops, lectures, and panel contributions grounded in active practice.
