His work spans rhythm pedagogy, ensemble fluency, curriculum design, arts leadership, and postgraduate supervision, with active contributions in advisory, examining, teaching, and performance.

Dr Seow’s portfolio spans multiple higher-education and international-school contexts, including LASALLE College of the Arts, the University of the Arts Singapore, the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Raffles Music College, and other partner institutions. He also holds research and advisory appointments with the Virtual University of Pakistan, Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi Christian University, and the European-American University.
